Great service and care. Our tax prep, Juliana McGraime, was absolutely wonderful. She understood our situation, was thoughtful and caring, responded to our questions, took her time with the prep, was careful and diligent. Overall, very professional. Wonderful. Would go again.

Very bad experience, the computers were running slow and Anthony was in the middle of explaining everything to me and the rude tax girl that sits close to the door came over and basically said to hurry up and finish so she can print her thing for her appt. Anthony didnt bother explaining anything instead he just walks me over to pay and says hes sorry for the inconvenience…. Im sorry that I chose that location never will go back

I have been doing my taxes at this location since 2017. Barry was an amazing and professional but he is retired now. This year i worked with Anthony and i ended up paying $650 to H&R block only for doing taxes. This is the highest amount I paid for doing taxes. I don’t know why they charged me this much, this amount triple of the amount i paid last year. Nobody around me paid even half of this amount. Never going to H&R Block ever again.

They were not upfront with the cost of anything. Waited over 3 hrs to find out it was going to cost me $1600. Now the IRS says I still owe 900 in late fees and interest, after being told that everything would be settled. The manager messed up on my taxes or lied to me about being all caught up. There is no way in hell that I would of pay1600 to do the taxes, to pay over 1200 in taxes, to then wait for a bill with late fees from the IRS. Everything was supposed to be taken care of.
