I didn't realize you can also apply for TSA pre check here, as well as apply for the new SmartID, transact DMV business, etc, on top of all the obvious AAA services. They were professional and organized, just busy (so four stars, only because I waited more than an hour). That said, there is an option to make an appointment (which I didn't do, but certainly will in the future).”
