Like every other dealership, they do their very best lying to customers, trying to have them spend large amounts of money on items that are not needed. Their customer service is down right disgusting. They only care about making a sale. Be smart, educate yourself on your car. ONLY BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR ANYTHING COVERD UNDER warranty!! Give your business to a local person who won't rip you off and deserves it. This place is horrible. Wake up and be smart!!!

Brought our Sierra in for a recall (airbags above seatbelts) on December 9. When we picked it up, they had replaced the seatbelts with non-factory ones that did not slide up and down to adjust, nor did they retract. The seatbelt just stayed slack, not taught. A safety hazard, mind you. On top of that, they ripped our headliner. Our car was perfectly fine when we dropped it off, now we have two things damaged after King O’Rourke “fixed” our airbags. We pointed this out to Stavros who asked us to bring it back. So we do. When it’s ready we pick it up. Seatbelts replaced, but won’t slide up and down. My wife fixes it herself. Headliner NOT replaced, just “buffed” out the hole they left. My wife leaves a review detailing all this and Joel responds. I spend the next 4 weeks leaving messages and getting the run around before I get Phil on the phone. They want us to bring it back a 3rd time. How can I trust them at this point? I offer to get it fixed myself and give them the bill.“That’s not the way this works.” Phil tells me. Outstanding job guys. Looking forward to reading the response on here.

We had a hiccup on my first visit to service. But Joel and Rose really stepped up and set the bar real high on this one. Well done to everyone in service, especially Rose for her professionalism. You guys really showed me that you care. All my dealer business is going here in the future, even my Z06!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Frankie DiGirolamo on the lease of our Sierra 1500. Working with Frankie was an excellent experience - he worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. He was honest, thorough, and always had our best interest in mind. It is easy to feel like you are not getting a good lease package when working with many dealers, but we can confidently say working with Frankie allowed us to walk away with a solid deal that we are lucky to have. We could not recommend Frankie and the King O’Rourke team enough!

Last Wednesday, I had the opportunity to drop off my 2023 Cadillac CT5 at the dealer for it's first service.Cadillac Mike provided excellent service and made the entire process an absolute pleasure back in August. The car was a tester on the floor with 4300 miles on it and Mike told me that my first service would be complimentary.As I pulled up to the deal on what was a rainy morning, I was greeted by Steve (Stavros) Petkovits. Steve was friendly and helpful as he checked my car in and went over what services were being done.Steve was aware that it was my first service with the car and he notified me of the cost of the full service oil change and tire rotation because according to the system, the car, while under the ownership of the deal had already received its first service and oil change. As a result, he told me that I could be charged.Although it wasn't his fault and had nothing to do with him, Steve took ownership of the situation and even told me that he felt embarrassed.I was never upset about the situation or expressed anger or even made any demands. However, Steve went above and beyond working the floor and checking in with different managers and explained the situation.During my wait for the service, Steve checked in with me twice about the situation and was giving me updates. At the end, Steve came up, handed me my bill and to my surprise, it was all 0's!Steve went out of his way to ensure I got my first service free of charge. On a day before a major holiday, when many people can be short, and I'm sure many customers can be demanding, I was impressed with by Steve's composure and attitude. He made my situation a priority and it made the experience feel more than just transactional.This is my first car from this dealer and my father has been getting cars here for 25 years.From what I understand, the service department has turned over a bit in the past year and most of the staffing is new. It isn't easy come on and build a rapport with guests who are both new and longtime customers.Steve made the experience great and I will seek him out when I make my next appointment and recommend him as well.

Horrible Service. It was an easy experience buying a brand new 2022 Escalade but when I had to bring it back for the air conditioner breaking after not even a year (and still under manufacturer warranty) the customer service was horrible. They supposedly didn’t have a loaner vehicle (for almost 2 months even though they originally said 2-3 weeks) so we had to pay out of pocket for a rental for almost two months and something big enough to fit 3 car seats in which is more than the $47/day they allow. Not only did they say when the part came in that they would give me a call but said it would be done in a day. Well after a month of not hearing anything I would call once a week to see if any updates and one day they actually said the part came in (I called in the evening, and no one called me before that to inform me). Then they said it would be one or two days to fix the car. Still no problem except when it was a week later and still no phone call about my car. When I finally got in touch with them I said the car needs an inspection (because it was there for almost two months) and I was not going to drop it off again, so they assured me the car would be inspected prior to pick up. Well when my husband went to pick it up it wasn’t even inspected (even after me calling multiple times the day they said it was going to be ready because they kept saying a hour and no one would call me). My husband went at 5:20 to pickup the car. The service guy felt so bad he said he would pick up the car from our house and take it to the dealership to inspect it and drop it back off. They didn’t even take it, they came and switched the sticker at our house. Thankfully we have our car back but it’s been almost 3 months and still no reimbursement for our rental car. Spoke to multiple people at the dealership and they say it should only take 10 days to get approval and they don’t know what is going on and they won’t look into it. So I called Cadillac manufacturer saying they tried contacting the dealership and hasn’t heard back either and now they are investigating everything. I never had such bad customer service epically when you are paying a luxury price tag. I would recommend to drive a little further to get a Cadillac at another dealership because if there is a problem they won’t help or fix it.

2022 Truck showed service 4 wheel drive so I took it here. They had my truck for 4 weeks. They did not offer a loaner car and basically said we will get to you when we can. After talking to a manager 2 times they finally got me a rental car however took them an additional week to get my car done. They blamed everything on the auto strike apparently problem was a bad ground I could have gotten a ground wire from NAPA but that would violate the warranty. Service here No Good

when I bought the carNow I am going on having my car for 10 months and it still has problems the car came with from the day I purchased the car. They refuse to give a loaner car even though they should have fixed the car before selling it to me. The with super cruise, gps, Bluetooth. It all cuts out after being on for 20 min and the screen freezes. I have to shut the car off to fix it. The car is supposed to be Cadillac certiied and inspect before selling. This car came with a bad axle a many computer problems . And they want me to leave the car for 1 to 2 weeks with no loaner car. Over 80k on a car and I can't be more disappointed. I brought the car to a dealer in the east Hampton but they won't give a loaner bc I didn't buy from them. But they said if I bought from them they would. If I had the money I would take them to court. Just imagine spending 80k and the first call u make bc the car came with problems and the answer is "google it". I called corporate and all they did was apologize. But didn't get my car fixed. They booked the appointment in the Hamptons that didn't get me a loaner and before I even got home the l dashboard read. "SD card has been removed" and the problems continued. And the dealer said the parts are being overnighted. The car ended up taking a week and when I complained they said . You could have left with the car and u could have brought it back when we got the part . Why didn't they tell me this when I said I work everyday and need a loaner? I hope someone reads this before going to king o Rourke. I hope I save someone a lot of money and a headaches.Add on: Now I have the car 12 months. I bring the car to get oil change. The service guy says it's behind on a service and it needs a cabin filter . So I say ok do the filter. So I get a text from the dealer saying the car is ready and the price came out to $1300. I called to ask if it was a mistake. They say it's not a mistake and I told him to do the service. The guy says he "thoughly explainedwhat he would do and what it would cost" they didbwheel alignment, power steering, cabin filter and more. He only told me it needed a cabin filter. It's every time I got there I have a problem.Add on: now I have the car for 13months. So I paid for the additional warranty. It was $6200 and i was told it would extend my warranty to 100k miles. So I'm looking at tk w shen thing kand it says the extra warranty started when I bought the car (17k) and goes for 6 year or 60k miles. So my $6200 warranty was a waste of money because the car is factory warranty until 60k. So they lied to get me to buy the extended warranty. This is the second time they lied to get me to sign papers that say different than what they explained to me. They should have jus told me the truth. I recommend not going to this dealership. And if you do you. MUST record every conversation with them. Because they constantly lie but as long as they get you to sign the papers your screwed. I always tell corporate to watch the video back and I tell them the exact time I'm there. But they don't do anything to help. They just file a complaint. But if we all filed complaints after they lie to use than videos start popping up online of them lying maybe we get get a big class action lawsuit going.They have lied and bsed me the whole time I had the car my mom was with me.
