“Correspondence is done in a timely fashion whether by text or phone. Representative delivered machine at stated time. He gave a thorough explanation, having me follow his instructions insured my understanding of the procedures in using the machine, hands on. The Rep set up the machine per my Doctor’s instructions and was courteous and clear through the entire experience.”
“I rarely leave reviews...good or bad...but Just Medical went above and beyond, so they deserve a review. I ordered an expensive DeVilbiss product from Just Medical. After a year and a half the product stopped working. According to the manufacturer it was still under warranty. I contacted Just Medical because I couldn't find any information online of where to contact the manufacturer. Just Medical contacted the manufacturer - who told them it would not be covered under the warranty. Just Medical told me the address to send the item to for it to be repaired by the manufacturer, and said that they would cover the repair costs. I will 100% buy more from Just Medical! They are an amazing company!”

“I recently broke my leg and ankle and needed a wheelchair for the next 10 weeks. Janine was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She contacted the doctors office and got all the paperwork sorted out before I was discharged from the hospital so that my wheelchair was ready when I needed it. She continues to work with me for any other medical supplies I may need and is more than willing to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with her service and compassion”
“I have been a customer at Salumed pharmacy at 753 Commack Rd., Brentwood ever since it opened. I would not shop at any other pharmacy. The staff is outstanding. Every one of them goes out of their way to greet you with a hello and a smile, and assist you in any way they can. They go above and beyond to help with a specialized prescription, research a question you may have or call your doctor when there is a problem in filling your prescription. Larry, the pharmacist, is especially helpful and knowledgeable in this area as well as Yenni and the entire pharmaceutical staff. It is where I go for Covid and other vaccines also. There is never a cold or rushed attitude like you often may get at a large chain store. Each person has become family to me. They also have a wide variety of beautiful gifts that are reasonably priced when you are looking for that certain gift for someone you know. It is well worth your time to try them at least once. I have a feeling you will always want to go back as I do. You will see that they really care about you as a person, not just a customer, which is so refreshing in today's world.”

“Haley Mayhall was amazing! Because of my past issues with trying to schedule and get a hold of reps for other loupe companies, I have been working with broken loupes for months now ! But I couldn't hold off anymore, crack on my loupes made it to the magnifiers.
