Today however, I called to order supplies and Alyssa answered the call, she asked every question she should have, confirmed my information and supplies, knew what I was eligible for and when. “I rarely leave reviews...good or bad...but Just Medical went above and beyond, so they deserve a review. I ordered an expensive DeVilbiss product from Just Medical. After a year and a half the product stopped working. According to the manufacturer it was still under warranty. I contacted Just Medical because I couldn't find any information online of where to contact the manufacturer. Just Medical contacted the manufacturer - who told them it would not be covered under the warranty. Just Medical told me the address to send the item to for it to be repaired by the manufacturer, and said that they would cover the repair costs. I will 100% buy more from Just Medical! They are an amazing company!”

“I have been a customer at Salumed pharmacy at 753 Commack Rd., Brentwood ever since it opened. I would not shop at any other pharmacy. The staff is outstanding. Every one of them goes out of their way to greet you with a hello and a smile, and assist you in any way they can. They go above and beyond to help with a specialized prescription, research a question you may have or call your doctor when there is a problem in filling your prescription. Larry, the pharmacist, is especially helpful and knowledgeable in this area as well as Yenni and the entire pharmaceutical staff. It is where I go for Covid and other vaccines also. There is never a cold or rushed attitude like you often may get at a large chain store. Each person has become family to me. They also have a wide variety of beautiful gifts that are reasonably priced when you are looking for that certain gift for someone you know. It is well worth your time to try them at least once. I have a feeling you will always want to go back as I do. You will see that they really care about you as a person, not just a customer, which is so refreshing in today's world.”

“Haley Mayhall was amazing! Because of my past issues with trying to schedule and get a hold of reps for other loupe companies, I have been working with broken loupes for months now ! But I couldn't hold off anymore, crack on my loupes made it to the magnifiers. I reached out to design for vision and within hours I had a rep text me and set up a meeting! super easy, she came to me and made the whole experience flawless! Can't wait to try my new loupes in a few weeks! thank you Haley!”
“I placed the uniform order very late, just 10 days before the 1st kitchen class, and I was worried that I would not be getting it on time and would not be allowed to attend my first kitchen class. Luckily, Michelle answered my call, listened to my concerns patiently, and was able to expedite my order.
