Whenever I go there in the morning on my way to work and I go inside to pay and ask to put in my rewards number to get the points these 2 guys always say the same thing, they don't know how to do it or it isn't working. They waste my time for 10 minutes supposedly trying to figure it out and they can't/don't.
I've missed out on a lot of reward points because they claim they don't know how to do it. Well if after all these months, seen them for months now, then they either need to be taught or fired for not knowing how to do after being taught. How many other people have missed out on using their rewards or getting points because those two idiots can't/don't do it.

Need to fix their pumps again, some pump too slow some just stop mid way for no reason. Bringing it to the attendant’s attention does nothing (I’m just a cashier is the general response).
