“I own my own pain business, so I shop at many of the a-offs locations. Most of the time I get a very stand off ish attitude and it gets a little frustrating. NOT AT THIS LOCATION. Every time I'm there for calling in and order they are always so great. No issues, They don't give me reasons why they can't do something Just overall great service. And I see them helping the DIY customers which is really nice You don't see that in a lot of the locations. I just left and met with the manager assistant manager. Two really good guys. I hope they are recognized”
“Fantastic local business. I had a clogged sink a few months ago and needed a snake to clean it out. I called them as I got out of work and they stayed open almost a half hour past closing so I could get grab it from them. They are always friendly and have anything you can get at a place like Home Depot at a better price.”
“The Sayville Brinkmann store is the absolute best! They are so helpful, the store is clean and beautiful. They carry everything you need! I brought in a lamp today that I was having an issue with. Gabe offered to take a look, and within 15 minutes I had my lamp fixed and even better than it was before. A few weeks back i needed glass replaced on a painting, and they replaced that for a reasonable price as well. Thank you Gabe and Sayville Brinkmann for being the best hardware store around!”

Not only are they fully stocked with inventory but if you have problem to fix and have not been able to figure out a solution the owners often can make a suggestion that enables you to fix the issue. I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by the store manager (Courtney) and another representative (I believe his name was Michael) together they had an incredible, professional dynamic and came across as not only good (great) at their jobs but enjoy working together.

Store manager is someone that Sherwin Williams company should be proud of. She did the right thing to fix the problem and now they have another happy customer who will always be happy to shop at Sherwin Williams in the future. Especially this store.
Also their color match was just perfect and I am very happy with the result. I've used Sherwin Williams outdoor paint in the past and after 5+ years it is holding really nice on my house siding. Seems like their automotive paint is also top quality.”
