asked for pricing, received pricing and agreed to the job. Owner said he didn't have any open slots for a few days. Shortly after texted to say he had a cancellation and he could come today. I say, ok. Not realizing it was going to rain. He comes cleans the carpets inside the car and starts to wipe things down. Then it starts to rain. Charges me for half the job, even though he didn't even vacuum under the seats. I Venmo him for half and he promised he would come back and go over the inside and complete the job. Never reached out, ignores all texts and messages. Awful communicator, wasn't friendly, overall extremely disappointed in the service.
