Long overdue review. I’ve been going to Smithtown Auto Works for about 5 years and can say they are the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever had . Howie, Doug and Brian always make time to handle any problems quickly and at a reasonable price. Best shop around.

FOR YEARS I Absolutely love the attention to every detail! My guy Brian knows his tires in and out and he knows what he is doing! I trust him. He does what he needs. He does it with a smile and makes it painless. I will never go anywhere else. =D

Now my review might not mean anything to a lot of people. I hate to write this and being the only low review here.
Simply called to ask how much a diagnosis would be as I’m having problems with my truck.
Called, asked the question and the man on the phone simply said “I don’t think we can help you” and hung up.
Now I didn’t give an attitude or say anything rude at all. Far from it. Just seems so unprofessional.

Had a serious issue with my wife's car. A friend of mine said to go see Howard here. Howard was able to repair my wife's car at a very reasonable price, considering the amount of work that had to go into it.Definitely going to go back with her car again and my truck for future service. Fair prices for good work.
