The online ordering system needs improvement. Communication is poor and the employees are usually curt and unprofessional. I continue going here due to low prices.

I had a very good experience at Smith town toyota parts department. I ordered a alternator for a 2000 toyota avalon and it came very fast and the people were very friendly and professional I definitely will use them again in the future!!!!!!
