It’s a shame that they aren’t honest and don’t value their customers. I brought my car in for an oil change and once again they recommended a laundry list of services. The quote was $2400 . This time I called another dealer to get prices. Well guess what? I got the exact same service done at another Toyota dealer for $1300.00. Exact. That’s almost unbelievable. But it’s true. Fast forward a month later a battery that I had installed at Smithtown failed. It went dead 10 months after being installed. Mind you this is the second time a battery that they installed failed. I called Smithtown since the battery was under warranty. I called on Friday and was told the next available appointment was the following Thursday. So I called the other dealer. I didn’t buy the battery there and I didn’t have an appointment. They told me to come in that day. Sure enough they had to replace the battery. When you go elsewhere you realize Smithtown Toyota doesn’t treat their customers well. But you need something to compare them to in order to realize that.

My wife, mom and I came to purchase a new vehicle. Matt Weiner was our sales rep through the process. He was very courteous, patient, friendly and nice to work with. Communication was smooth and timely. We were able to arrive at a very competitive price for our initial target vehicle. We had to pass on a very good deal because we decided to look at another model. Overall, we will go back to Matt and the dealership for our next purchase.

The purchase/pickup process of my 2026 GR Supra was seamless and easily the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle with Jessica Barba as my salesperson. I began the purchase process through Toyota SmartPath back in early August and Jess has been extremely helpful, quick, and transparent in guiding me along the purchase process by providing information/answering questions and proactively giving timely updates on the car's transit/status. When it came close to picking up the car in September, Jess and the Smithtown Toyota team made sure everything was ready beforehand, which made the day of pick up a great and easy experience taking just around <2 hours. Would definitely recommend Jess and Smithtown Toyota for their professional and transparent services/sales practices!

Always a good experience. Dave Bartoli is always a pleasure to deal with. I have been buying cars for awhile, Dave is the best service manager i have ever dealt with. If im not satisfied with something Dave steps in and resolves the issues.

I purchased a vehicle from this location a few years ago. I needed to get in touch with my sales person and finance in order to make amendments to my documentation.
Unfortunately for me, neither had any interest in assisting me since they had already achieved a sale.
Disappointing to know that customers are nothing but how much the dealership can make off of them. Once I posted a review, someone did get in touch with me; however, their explanation only excuses one of the people I emailed. There were still other individuals on the email chain, none of which got back to me.

The cost of labor is absolutely out of control. An oil change for a car with 4 quarts of oil should not be over 110+ dollars!

Smithtown Toyota has always been my go-to for service on my 2010 Prius. When I needed an upgrade, Rob Cacciola was very helpful and provided me with many options, new and used. John Ferranola also helped take care of us in the finalization process. They made everything easy and I drove off the lot with my new used Prius the same day.
