Wessie has be very clear and simple with plans and verizon equipment. He was very welcoming to my relatives. Most importantly he explained well how each monthly play would roll out without lies and organized. I highly suggest asking for him.

I’m so happy that Wessie is now at the Smithtown location as well. He went above and beyond to help me and successfully resolved the issue I had with trading/ replacing a phone.
