Key Bank, at this location, did not notify me that my account was being closed and my money was given to NYS. No letter, no phone call, no notice. Never again will I trust Key Bank with my money. I did not move, change my phone number or change my email. No excuses!!! Zero stars!!!

Every single time I go to this locations ATM it is unavailable!!! You put in a brand new machine and yet it's never working. What gives Key Bank?????

This is the worst bank branch I've ever been to. The ATM is constantly broken, whether "unable to print receipts" or simply not functional. When I left my Debit card in the ATM one time, the bank chose to destroy it rather than have me come pick it up, forcing me to wait more than a week to be able to use MY money, waiting for a whole new card with new numbers, which of course meant running into many issues with any auto-pay I use the card for. The branch near my house at least called me and let me come to pick it up without all the drama in the past. Just pulled up and once again the ATM is unusable. This is a super rich area, why is such a basic expectation like a functioning ATM so out of reach?

Unsatisfied with the tone of the teller , she was not knowledgeable about key information and anytime I asked her to explain "I don't want to have a conversation like this" I was simply confused. I left and will not ever ve banking with key. Sad that one person with a questionable attitude can lose a customer ?. I had more faith in key bank. Very disappointed

I had a very upsetting experience with the manager of this branch today. Long story short, i had a hold on a check, the date of release was today, no one could help with the situation but a manager. I talked to the manager and she had an attitude the entire time. Cut me off several times saying she cant release funds. Im not upset about the funds, im upset about the lack of professionalism as well as lack of customer service.

Have been a customer of this bank (not Key) but this branch for 40 years, stopped in today 7/15/17 to just have my signature as an executor of my fathers will... the will was written and by our attorney.... the one notary on staff was dismissive, said she couldn't do that and turned her back to me! Unbelievable! I went over to Evans Bank and the notary was professional, introduced herself, read through the document made sure I knew where to sign, notarized the documents and asked me the notary pledge! VERY DISAPPOINTED that I couldn't count on my neighborhood bank.
