I really liked this beach! Water was a bit cold for swimming, but the beach itself was clean and parking was free. Bathrooms and an ice cream window are next to the parking lot. The place was surprisingly packed with teenagers, even on a weekday, but most of them weren't causing any issues.

Gorgeous spot to see the lake with easy to find parking, cute beach, and a museum nearby! I'm not a boater, but the town is full of boats and docks if that's something you're into. All in all, I'm glad my friends and I went.
