It was freezing the day I came in, and he still went out of his way to brush off the car, warm it up, and pull it up front for me to check out. Now, I know what you’re thinking “that’s his job” but he didn’t show any irritation at it which for me, as someone who can’t hide their facial expressions, that’s points in my book.
Even better — the car was ready the next day, and when I showed up earlier than expected, he didn’t miss a beat. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly.

Also, there were a couple of dogs there and let’s drop the act and be honest - who doesn’t love a good business with a couple of pooches just hanging out in their little fenced off space.
