CVS Pharmacy provides a mixed experience for its customers. Many appreciate the efficient filling of non-mail order prescriptions and the proactive communication from staff when medications are out of stock. However, the long wait times at the pharmacy can be frustrating, especially during peak hours, where lines can stretch to 15-20 people due to chronic understaffing. This situation can be particularly concerning for customers on immune suppressants, as they have to wait in close quarters with sick individuals. On a positive note, the store has friendly and helpful associates, like one named Ross, who enhances the shopping experience by being professional and attentive. Customers emphasize the importance of treating employees with kindness, recognizing that they are not responsible for the store's operational challenges. Overall, CVS Pharmacy is known for its good customer service in certain areas, but it faces significant challenges with wait times and staffing.
This CVS is amazing! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help find what I need. Plus, the pharmacy is super efficient, making it easy to pick up my prescriptions without any hassle.
