Designs Unlimited provides a wonderful job painting and carpentry work. The crew is respectful of the property and adheres to all building polices. They listen and aim to give the best product and service. They sand, stain, and repaint decks, steps, and walls, replacing rotted beams and staying within the original estimate. The owner is very hands on, works efficiently with staff, and explains details to first‑time homeowners. Customers highly recommend and will return for future repairs.

John did a great job in sanding and staining my rear deck and steps. He found some rotted support beams in a dividing wall and replaced those and repainted the wall. All within the original estimate he gave me, and all done with great skill and on time. I highly recommend Designs Unlimited.

We were thoroughly impressed with John and his crew. We needed carpentry work done, painting and our deck stained. John encouraged me to try a new stain for my Ipe deck and he was spot on! It has never looked better! They were responsive, detail oriented with excellent workmanship! We highly recommend!
