To update the abysmal relationship Frank Aversa shows his customers, I had to wait five months for him to fill out a one-page form for my union's welfare fund. He refused to mail it, so I had to pick it up at the Hartsdale location.I got a response from Victoria M. in customer service at Miracle Ear. I called back and expected a return call from Mike on May 10, 2023. He never called, and Miracle Ear customer service never followed up with me.This is no way to treat a long-time customer who spent thousands of dollars for hearing aids.

I went to Miracle Ear a few summers ago and was made to feel like I wanted a hearing aide for attention. The audiologist told me that hearing aids are becoming more and more popular on TV and becoming accepted, implying that I was there just to be there. I have since been diagnosed with APD with my ADHD and am getting the help I've needed my whole life.

Frank is patient, thorough, polite, and respectful. This is especially important to my husband and I. Directions are given clearly verbally and in writing. Frank will make the process seamless, and painless. He also has excellent follow through. Thanks Frank for caring!
