Been a customer for many years, but purchase my Eyewear elsewhere.Their problem is the billing which is run by outside person who has real challenges with electronic payments from HSAs.

I have been a patient of Dr. T’s for three years and have bought multiple frames from her during this time, and I have had an excellent experience throughout. I have found the doctor herself to be professional, patient, responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with. Her exams are thorough, and she really listens to me when I talk about changes in my vision. I have sent other members of my family to her as well, and everyone has been very pleased. Thanks, Dr. T!

I’ve seen Dr. Tarasevich annually for many years. She supported me through a successful LASIK surgery and my transition to reading glasses. I find her kind, friendly and attentive, as is her staff. I look forward to her continued care.

I am not a new patient at Omni, but after my recent visit on Thursday, August 30th, 2018, I will no longer be a patient. Let me explain: When I entered the eye exam room, I removed my glasses and handed them to the Dr. She proceeded to drop them on the floor. Yes, the Dr dropped them on the floor and the leg broke off. Mind you, my glasses were NOT BROKEN WHEN I ARRIVED. She left exam room and asked her associate to see what she could do. I was handed my glasses back with SCOTCH TAPE ON THEM. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, SCOTCH TAPE. Apparently her glue was dried up. At this point I still was not upset and continued chatting. Then while I waited for my eyes to dilate, I listened to all of the office staff order lunch and eat lunch. Then Dr called me back in to finish my exam. At this point, STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THEM BREAKING MY GLASSES. After my exam, I even started looking at frames, and hoping they would acknowledge the situation and offer something. All the while they know I cannot wear my glasses in this condition while waiting for new ones. FINALLY AFTER BEING THERE OVER AN 1 AND 1/2 HORS, I LOST MY TEMPER. NO I WAS NOT NICE. They did put my lenses in an old frame they had. Frame did not fit and not to mention, this did not come from the Dr. SCOTCH TAPE TO HOLD A BROKEN LEG BACK ON YOUR GLASSES AS A SOLUTION FROM YOUR EYE DR? SERIOUSLY IN 2018. THIS REALLY HAPPENED, NO JOKE.
