“I recently stopped by AK Wine & Liquors in Farmingville, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about their selection and took the time to recommend two excellent white wines that perfectly matched what I was looking for—one crisp Sauvignon Blanc with bright citrus notes and a more rounded Chardonnay with subtle oak undertones. Both were spot-on hits at my dinner party. The store has a great variety of wines and spirits, including some unique local options, and the atmosphere is welcoming and well-organized. Warsteiner Dunkel ! I knew I was in the right place.
That is one of the best dark beers ever made
They even had shiner Bock!! I haven't seen shiner Bock in forever
Then I saw a Genesee. I haven't seen Genesis since the '80s I think?

I asked the guy behind the counter if they had Genesee cream now he said oh I'm so sorry we just don't have it now. Don't have it now? I haven't seen that in so long I can't believe you even get it!
So many awesome beers one after the other ones I just couldn't remember or even fathom. Miller lite nips!! When's the last time you saw Miller lite nips??

Harry is exceptionally knowledgeable about this incredible selection, the store is on the smaller side, but you would never know, because the inventory is really well curated, and should cover almost every palate and price point. He willingly shared his insight into everything from a $12 bottle of wine to a several hundred dollar bottle of Japanese whiskey. The store is under new ownership and everything about the experience will have us going back. They even brought in a sulfite free organic wine, on request, due to a sulfite sensitivity of one of our party guests. Totally went the extra mile. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent customer service from Ash!! I placed my first online order with the shop earlier this week early Tuesday afternoon. I was looking for a particular wine from the Azores and they were one of the few shops that had it. Ash took the time to reach out to me that same day to let me know there was a vintage variation and to ask me if it was ok to substitute. That was fantastic since I had asked for an overnight shipment as we were going to a wine tasting gathering on Friday with some of my WSET3 and WSET4 certified enthusiasts and colleagues on unique volcanic appellation wines and the Arinto was a perfect fit.
