“My pharmacy that I have been using for 40 years took over new ownership when I went in to get my script I was treated horribly. I was yelled at I was threatened. I walked out in tears when I calm down. I called the medicine shop in liberty within minutes they asked me for my name my date of birth and my phone number. They called me back an hour and a half later they had everything switched over to them and I was able to go get my medicine. They treated me with dignity and respect. They were so kind and gentle. I will never be able to thank them enough to everyone at the medicine shop in liberty. Thank you.”

“This pharmacy is situated in an excellent location- right next to the Refuah Health Center of South Fallsburg building, making it very easy for patients to quickly head over to pick up medications that may have been prescribed to them by Refuah's excellent team of healthcare providers.
In addition to the transportation service that they provide, another notable feature here is the pharmacy's unique sign-in system, which has customers notify the staff of their presence via the tablet kiosk, then have a seat and wait for their name to be called as their prescription is filled.”
