Very welcoming and accommodating, repaired 2 of my machines and did maintenance on my long arm promptly and with excellent results and instructions for care of the machine. I always feel comfortable with them, they listen to my concerns and support me in my sewing journey.

I am new to sewing and these ladies were so nice. They helped with fabric ideas, patterns, how too's. Their customers were also very friendly. Would highly recommend shopping here. Also, I had one of my sewing machines fixed there as well. Runs like a charm now. Great job.
