“At McCann's, you have access to the big shots that make 'policy.' The chain stores have no choice but to follow their rules regardless of your situation. Next, price is usually the same as set by insurance or the source. Customer service is excellent. No waiting in line for answers to questions. Just some reasons why my prescriptions go there. Don't tell anyone about them or we'll all be waiting in the lines we made.”

“No Joke, Every time I go to CVS Pharmacy inside the Target Store at the Aviation Mall in Queensbury, NY I'm treated like a family member by every employee that works there. These folks, Pharmacists and or Pharmacy Techs stop what they are doing to help you with anything needed, each and every trip. They're always so calm, receptive, kind, informative, polite and professional. It makes me feel so comfortable. No big rush to get you out of there and smiling the entire transaction. The last 2 Pharmacy I used to frequent were too busy to answer your questions in detail. The attitudes were terrible and they try to rush you out and they don't offer reminders on seasonal vaccinations either. This is why I left and I'm damn glad I tried this particular CVS. I seriously can't say enough positive things about all employees. Keep up the Top Notch Service”

“Tonight my boyfriend and I were enjoying a date together for our valentines. When we arrived to the seafood counter to get steamed lobsters, we were very pleasantly greeted by Vernon. Unfortunately for us the steamer had been turned off. Vernon happily offered to turn the steamer back on for us to make our dinner date perfect. He was very helpful with any questions and went above and beyond. We even received our lobsters in a proper tray instead of bagged like other price choppers have done and put extra tin foil to keep them hot as we had a bit of a drive home. The lobsters were still the perfect temp when we got home and no mess due to the proper packaging. Thank you Vernon!”

Staff are friendly, they know me by name. Pickup is efficient. Overall, as long as I'm living in this area I'll continue going to House Calls Pharmacy.”

Clean store, never busy when i visit. The candy displays are a little aggressive, or maybe thats my sweet tooth taking hold.”
