Absolutely disguisting service, they misstype my lastname which prevented me from logging in first 10 days of opening the account, they blocked my card for no reason and without a notice, they have wrong phone number which pretty much means that anyone can take charge over my account and on top of that, they are unable to resolvemy issues over the phone. I thought my country had terrible banks, but this is next level, shame on you.

Victim of Fraud. Called TD Bank Queensbury NY. Won't answer phone leave messages, no one calls back. You kidding Me. Have never done business with this bank. I find out, anybody can open an account online without depositing money for 30 days. An open invitation for fraud. If someone has stolen Your info, You might be next. How does this Bank get away with this ???. You can't contact the the main company on the toll-free line without an account number. What Next ??

Very disappointed with bank. So inconvenient. Do not work with you at all, piles of hidden fees and chargers. Wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. “Convenient banking” maybe for them.

this Bank charged a $7 fee for cashing a check written on their account. That's a bad corporate policy and it wasn't something that was dealt with very well at this branch.

I've been a loyal customer of TD Bank for 40 years, back to when they were First National Bank, then Evergreen Bank, then Banknorth, TD Bank North and now TD Bank. I've never been treated so poorly over the last couple of years as they became more and more corporate and bottom line profit driven. I've been reluctant to switch banks due to my loyalty, but have finally reached my limit and will be switching as of the new year. It's not an easy process with direct deposits, direct billpays, etc. and the banks know this. But it's now time. Goodbye TD Bank, you were once a friend!

Iv been using TD for 2 years and I like that everyone knows my name but if the bank didn't screw up so much I shouldn't have to go there every week. I got a notice I had $7 in my debit and went to check my credit card. I transfer my monthly payment from my debit and there were 4 transfers this month, one was $10 extra. Last week these erroneous transfers over drew the account. I did go to key bank and was left setting for 20 min so for now I'll stay.

What an awful experience here today! I was also told they will no longer do cash advances for me any longer. I had done 2 yesterday and they would only allow one today. I reached out to Chris Chadwick Supervisor in Queensbury, who then reached out to Lisa Coffinger a regional operations officer. They determined that it's allowed for 2 time per day up to $5000
