Carl did our consult and was focused on addressing our main needs within budget—he did not try to upsell and was transparent. He has an excellent eye for design and spent a considerable amount of time advising—he also was generous enough to offer his standing basketball hoop to us once he realized we would be taking down ours to redo the siding. The contract was crystal clear and when unexpected issues arose we had a preset agreement regarding pricing. This was a two day job and Carl and the owner came by repeatedly to check-in. And by the way, their work is guaranteed for life!
