“I had an accident and my insurance told me to go to Floral Park Auto Body and I must say they are Beyond amazing. I took the car in on a Thursday and was told they will keep me updated through the process. The following day they called me and told me they ordered the parts and that the parts should be in by Monday and my car will be ready by Friday due to the damages. Monday comes along they called me to let me know they started to work on the car. Wednesday comes along at 3:30 they call me and let me know that my car was ready and they took a picture and text me the photo of their job and how pretty my car looks. When I picked up the car I was amazed at the job that they done and the EXTRA stuff they did without asking was amazing and a blessing. I would most definitely recommend and tell everyone I know about Floral Park Auto Body. Who doesn't want their car return to them sooner than expected, to look better than what it did and to find out some scratches buffed out. I swear I was just picking up a new car off the lot.”

Mr Chris, was always extremely attentive, to the point, and always looking for the best and seamless way to make the customers transition as simple as possible. From getting dropping of your car, to getting you into your rental and vice versa. I know it’s usually standard for your car to get clean but most places do a quick “barely there” clean and it almost makes no difference. But they make sure you feel good picking up your car. Mike is a trustworthy owner who earned my respect with the job that's was done. New moldings, recalibration, high quality windshield for an unbeatable price in alil over an hour. I am so happy.
