Very unsafe bank for customers going into the bank to use the atm.This bank needs a security guard.There is a homeless person always there in the evening drinking alcohol and smoking in the bank.This is completely ridiculous .Someone is going to get hurt.

This is not a bank at all it is a trap house and I do not mean drugs I mean how I was trapped into believing this was a real and reliable bank First I had a deposit of 6800 dollars deposited I went to dinner and my card was declined as you can imagine I was blown away no no no I know I have money try again the card declined I called this supposed bank and was told I was striked for fraud and needed to verify my identity to be able to unlock my account I was told it would have to be by phone so can I provide a phone number I provided several and was told those aren't numbers that they can use even those all the numbers used were phone in my name I then went to a branch and explained my dilemma and was told it was nothing they could do that fraud locks aren't their department I would have to wait for a letter in the mail to verify my account NOW I AM WRITING IN CAPS I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY 34 YEARS OF LIVING HEARD OF ANY BANK NOT BEING ABLE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY WHILE I AM INSIDE OF THE BRANCH WITH ALL MY IDENTIFICATION IF ANYTHING A BANK WILL TELL YOU WE CANT VERIFY OVER THE PHONE COME INTO THE BRANCH NOOOOOO THIS BANK SAYS WE HAVE TO VERIFY BY PHONE OF ALL VERIFICATION THE PHONE BUT WHEN YOU CAN VERIFY LIKE THAT WE HAVE TO SEND YOU A REFERENCE NUMBER IN THE MAIL WELL ITS BEEN 18 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE THIS SUPPOSED LETTER WAS SENT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A THING CALL AFTER CALL AFTER CALL NOTHING BUT REPS IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES NO AMERICANS SAYING THE SAME THING I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SAID LETTER I AM DONE I HAVE NOW MADR PLENTY OF COMPLAINTS TO BBB AND THE CITI EU STILL WAITN BUT MY MONEY IS LOCKED AND I CANNOT ACCESSS MY MONEY WITHOUT SAID LETTER AND I HAVE NO HELP

I was unable to withdraw My Own money Bank teller told me that. Call the main branch they told me it was available. Contact the manager Of that branch.She told me it was not clear on there. End just don't understand this is a Horrible bank Cooperate, please look into the workers over there.

This branch is the worst, I parked my car in the parking lot to go use the atm when I returned they closed the gate with my vehicle inside smh
