Well store might be amazing to find things around but "SERVICE" is extremely terrible. Stuff members are not professional at all. How about saying they don't give a "...." So far coming 4 th times and no valid explanation when I will receive my doors. No one cares to Inform with update. I will say 99% of the staff members should be fired. I will start with the manager of the store first.

they are ridiculous, $888 to install an exterior door, the install costs more than the door yet when you go into the store, the doors in the store show get this door installed for $375.00

Wish they had more people to help you. You can spend 10-20 minutes waiting to find the right person

If your in the market for patio furniture definitely keep away from Hampton bay wicker set Home Depot brand . I purchased a complete set (table an chairs at a cost of about $ 1400 and it only lasted 4 summers before the frame under the wicker rusted out ..FYI Home Depot offered a $ 100 gift card as compensation. I can't even buy I replacement chair with that !!!!!

Like one would expect, this place has everything you would ever need. It is HUGE, that is its plus and its curse. I went there looking for a hook thing for my closet. When I found someone to help me they were very helpful, but that was after I found them. I tried looking for the hook on my own, but I felt lost (guess I should have expected that). The price was great but the line was crazy. Why do big stores like this have so many registers but only a couple opened? I guess they do it to save money, but at what expense, a aggravated customer, a bad review, people walking out (that is what I did, I walked out and left my hook where i was standing. Now you have to pay someone to put it back, instead of ringing it up, that's smart business?) I refuse to use the self check out, because I do not work there, maybe that is a fault on my part, but that is my belief system. I paid more for the hook, but I went to a smaller local store to get it, and did not feel lost and was in and out. Bigger is not always better.
