I love going to the Rockaway blvd office , they always very nice, courteous and professional. I’m usually in and out within a few min. And my packages are always delivered when they say they will be . My latest experience was even more better than usual because Rashree and Tena had to help me repack one of my orders with correct fillers and box size so my products would not break during the delivery . I will always use LJ HUB for my shipping needs in my small business. Thank you Rashree and Tena for all your help. .

Good service always. Couple things to note: they don’t take USPS packages or QR codes and there is no parking during busy times.

Staff at sign up was very nasty I couldn’t understand why only conclusion that I can come up with is the color of my skinI definitely prefer to use the other location!

Nalesha is one of the best. She went above and beyond to help with me. I saved so much time and money by going here. They do everything for you. Very nice people to deal with. Instead of going to the DMV, do yourselves a favor and go to LJ HUB. You will not be disappointed. Definitely worth it.

Today i went in with a UPS return. Unfortunately my label was a bit blurry and could not be scanned. Bibi was so kind and helpful. She let me email her the label to print so my package could be sent. Appreciate the wonderful customer service and kind help. Will be using this location for all my packages from now!
