The best yoga center EVER! I've been here for over a decade, and I don't know why I didn't place this review any sooner (I'm used to review restaurants... maybe that's why). Mokshapria, the owner and main instructor is beyond a yoga instructor. She is inspiring you to do better for yourself without the brainwash and trendy things growing around. She is tuned to her students and will challenge you only when you're ready, but she will never physically "put" you in a pose, like it happened to me years ago before I found Mokshapria. With years of experience she knows what's best for you before you know it. She will also tell you when you should not do certain poses if you have any physical injury, for example, that could be exacerbated by it. All you have to do is listen to her instructions. I promise you, if you come here even if only once a week, you'll feel the difference in your body immediately and if you'll continue, your mind will follow. The best thing you'll ever do for yourself is joining this classes, available also via zoom, but it's a different experience. I know, I've done both. If you are new to yoga I strongly recommend you come in person at least few times before taking it via zoom. Also, Mokshapria is keeping it at really affordable prices, as she believes yoga should be accessible to all.

A beautiful and Devine space. Attended several events here and love the serenity and divinity of this space. Most events were sponsored by the external organizations so I can't comment on the Yoga Centers own events.

This is not a “trendy” yoga studio - this is a diverse community of people from all walks of life who exude love and acceptance. Whether you are looking for a great workout or a time-out from the chaos of the world - this is the place for you!! Sundays are extra special with Indian chai served after class!! Your first class is always free so everyone should give it a try no matter what your level of knowledge or fitness is. I love this place, and I owe so much of my spiritual and physical health to Yogashakti!

a great place to learn and practice at all levels. All the yogis are patient and work with you @ your level to make you better. It's a family oriented environment and everyone is helpful. Theres also spiritual teaching for those that are looking in that direction. Mukshapria is amazing! All the Yoga instructors are masters at their craft and your safety and learning is at the core of their instructions when practicing yoga and meditation!

The best yoga place EVER! Most experienced teachers with Mokshapria, our yogi guru, at the very top with over 40 years of experience. Reasonably priced and affordable! I fully recommend it.

I can't even explain how much I love this space. The moment that you walk through the doors you know that this is not your ordinary yoga studio...it is so much more. The teachers are phenomenal and all have their own style but stay true to what yoga is. I graduated from the YTTI 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training, last December and now I am in the 500 YTT program and love the journey.

I started taking yoga classes once a week with Julia as my stretch/rest/recovery day while training for my first triathlon. Since then yoga has changed my life not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and psychologically. This is not a trendy yoga studio - this is a diverse community of people from all walks of life who exude love and acceptance. Whether you are looking for a great workout or a time-out from the chaos of the world - this is the place for you!! Sundays are extra special with Indian chai tea served after class!! Your first class is always free so everyone should give it a try no matter what your level of knowledge or fitness is. I love this place, and I owe so much of my spiritual and physical health to yoga!! Namaste!!!

You have so many class options so if you are a beginner…don't be intimidated to come here. Come on a Sunday when Mokshapriya teaches and stay after class for some chai and chatter with a beautiful community!

I have been attending classes at this yoga center for a few years. The atmosphere is very friendly. What i like most about this center is the fact that people of all ages, shapes and sizes practice together under one roof. The yoga teachers are all very knowledgeable and offer variations to accommodate everyone.
