These workers are the worst. The woman by the name of Naznee gave me the middle finger ( pictured). And the racist male behind her took my photo. And the short women just don’t know how to talk. These three are the worst representation of this company. I already contacted corporate but this is undeserving of people who want to work “customer service “ for they need re education and training on how to talk to and deal with customers.
I believe they think they are back on the island instead of in the states.
I tried calling back once with corporate where they hung up on me and then they picked up and didn’t speak at all. Rudest place ever. Corporate has already informed me they will be looking into it. Then when someone finally picked up they had attitude and hung up.
Finally talked to a manager by the name of “Mo” and he was just as rude. I recorded everything. They believe they can talk to people that way because of him.

I went into this 7/11 today and the service was horrible. Usually they are great but there was this tall cashier who had a beard and was wearing a black shirt who was very rude and impatient. He scanned my items and while I was pulling up the card I wanted to use on my phone he said "hello, are you awake?" in a condescending way and had an attitude when I'm just trying to pay. I went back to ask for a manager and they said she was not there. I asked for a name of the rude cashier but was not provided with one. The only thing I received was a refund for a bag of chips that had a rip in them. Do better with the customer service.

Food is never fresh ! Make sure you always check the date before you buy anything . This is the only 7/11 I have ever been to that tried charging almost $3 for a cup of ice , especially during the summer time ! Older Indian men that work here are very racist towards Hispanic men . We all live in America, even if you weren’t born here !!

This location definitely has a discriminate issue and I must mention very racist to people that may not look Indian skin tone I mean Guyanese people are a bit Tanner and darker and there are black Guyanese people. I also want to mention the workers here don't look very inactive. Im not sure if this store location is privately owned or was brought into, but if this location is part of the biggest establishment. The employees here are literally getting paid to do nothing but stare at customers. Which is very inactive a few people may need to get fired because there's no reason to have six employees there.

One of the old age staff member did misbehave with all the customers even though didn’t do any work and I see he pushed one of the delivery member and very cruel to all everyone wants to terminate from the store si that we do can doo happily shopping

I only ever receive the best service whenever I order snacks/goods from this 7-Eleven and the folks that run this establishment are honest and hardworking. Highly recommended ??

terrible customer service & i don’t wanna say it’s the language barrier but baby it is ✌? they have these ‘buy one, get one for $1’ signs under all the king size candies, but when you mix and match it, the deal doesn’t come up in the system. which is expected because i’ve worked in retail hun. been there done that. anyways you try to explain this to them and they try to make up all types of bogus reasons instead of just scanning the same item twice and giving you the different item .. they don’t understand simple concepts & didn’t even attempt to. just wanted to prove me wrong which i wasn’t. and what makes it worse is i still don’t think they understood the situation even after all was said and done ?? and to have an attitude after that is crazy cause you should be on your knees begging for me to accept your apology. lol tf
