I forgot my wallet at home which is where I keep my ID and debit card. This is the closest Chase to my job so I came here because I needed to take out $20 to buy a metrocard. Now I have forgotten my wallet at home in the past and I understand needing to do a signature check or w.e to verify it was me. But the way they handled it at this branch was annoying and pointless at the end. I arrived there around 3:45 pm and left at 4:28pm. I usually go to a teller and they would verify my information there or on one occasion I needed to sit down with someone. So after explaining my situation, the teller tells me I need to speak to someone. Okay fine. I sign me name and am told by an employee that there is going to be a wait because there was 3 people ahead of me. Finally I am called by some guy, I explain to him what is going on, he tells me he needs to ask his manager and tells me to sit outside again. Come back and says his manager is going to take care of me and then the manager tells me that someone else is going to help me. So finally I sit down with a woman who asked what happened, I tell her and she gives me a withdrawal paper to fill out. I ask if I need to put in my account number and she says yes. So I take out my iPhone and open my chase bank app to pull out my statement. She ask if I found it and I explain that I'm waiting for it to load on the app. She says okay and then says that this is a one time courtesy and I say okay. She leaves and goes to speak to someone else and their client. I write my account number and I stand up to get her attention. She tells me to wait so I motion to her that I need to go. She comes over, doesn't check anything that I've written, doesn't look up anything on the computer to verify that I say who I say I am and tells me to go see a teller and tell them that she is going to do the signature or w.e it is she needs to do. Then tells another employee the same thing so she can tell the teller. I make the line and see that they have an AD playing the shows someone using their phone to take out money from an ATM......SOO I ask the employee who is by the line if that works. She says she doesn't know that she hasn't tried it. I leave the line and am able to take out money using the ATM. Why no employee offered this as an option is BEYOND ME. If you don't understand why this branch is receiving 2 stars then i don't know what else to say. The only reason that they received the second stars because SOME of the employees I interacted with were polite. Besides that thank you Chase on Liberty Ave for wasting my time.

Replacing bankers with ATM machines does not help in a community where 50percent of the people can't understand how to use it. Due to there background. Be prepared to wait at least 45mins - 1hour if u have to do anything besides deposit or withdraw. But if u don't mind waiting an hour the bankers are helpful once u actually get to see them (for example Sudesh Persad).. plus don't think u are going to get parking around this bank.

This is not the branch my mother usually deals with but is the closest to my brother. Since she wanted to make changes to her account access to include us we came where was convenient for him. We got there around 3:05 PM yesterday and signed the book to get customer service agent Mr. Ahmed took care of us. My mother wanted to add us as signatories to the account or at least that is what I understood when she told told me to call my brother about when he would be available. When we sat down with Mr. Ahmed, he let us know that in order for us to be signatories it would have to be added as sort of secondary account holders.. That is how Chase does it. However she would be the primary account holder Therefore, me or my brother alone could not close the account or withdraw ALL the money on our own. But we could access the money, write checks, get balances etc. Most banks allow anyone to make a deposit but if they want the balance they have to prove they should have access to the information. He asked for ID's. He also asked about place of employment. My brother had some information already loaded into the computer because he has a business account with the but he had to change the address for the access to my mom's account.Once the ID's were all copied we signed the required paperwork. My mom asked for a copy of the paperwork with the signatures but Mr. Ahmed said they don't give that to customers since it has sensitive information. She would get other paper work that would indicate that my brother and I were added to the account. We were there for a good 3/4 hour with Mr. Ahmed. After the parts that required my brother were done he left since he was running late for an appointment. Another bank employee came by Mr. Ahmed's station and handed us two bottles of water and said "compliments of Chase". Mr Ahmed gave the three of us business cards and a copy of the paperwork he could give us. He also said my brother could get ATM cads for my mother's accounts but my mother rejected the idea. He also let us know that we would be eligible for free checking if we wanted to open a checking account.

2 stars for greeting and warm smile. Rep (Omar) I'm not sure if he's new ,but lack of knowledge when it comes to chase auto loan. I ask specific details and print outs all ,some information was incorrect.

This chase is located in a convenient place. If you have a car, warning!!: there's almost never parking. I'm always in and out when I go here.

No parking - -1 star. :( People here are extremely nice - namely Sudesh Parsan. He's my favorite person in that entire branch.

Branch #000499 Sight unseen upon my entrance without a greeting or acknowledgment of my physical presence. Platform staff are anhedonic who drone a carbon copy, callous demur with the deficit of human compassion abilities. As this abject economic misery continues its downfall, people appear more and more hostile and bitter which is visible in this branch's overall outlook when serving patrons. However, the teller actually greeted me and took nearly an eternity to process my banking transaction. When requesting a business card at the customer service counter, it was abject pain as all I wanted was a generic card with this branch's address and phone number without any specific names/titles. This Chase branch sits directly under the A train Lefferts Boulevard.
