Customer Service was good but ATM is not working. Also, when I wanted to make adeposit, the card machine was not working as well. They tried couple of times to make it working it again.

Most banks, if you do not bank with them, allows you to take cash out even if you do not have the physical card with you. All they require is routing number and maybe your social and some other info. I had all of my info required on my phone, but they still needed the physical card, which is weird because I would have obviously gone to one of the many atms on the block that would charge a much cheaper transaction fee. Their atms also doesn’t have the option to scan your electronic card. I’m surprised that they even have an app.

Santander Bank Richmond Hill, NY is the one for you! The service and hospitality I receive there is unmatched. Kudos! to Ms Anne Ramraj.She went above and beyond to ensure I was clear on the all clauses that related to my transaction. I leave as a satisfied and happy customer!

I went to the bank yesterday i was using bank atm machine and i park my car in parking alot and when i come back to parking alot, there was a tow truck towing my car ! And i went back inside the bank and told them thts what happen and theres one white old lady who works there told me tht pay for tht ! They make me to pay $140 to tow truck ??♂️ tht staff work inside they dnt even care! Worst service !Please go somewhere else. They give high priority for you to open an account but after that the service is the worst.Don t make a mistake of getting service here. Go somewhere else. TD Bank is better

I went to the bank yesterday was in the line and First in the line to see a teller but one Guyanesse Lady who works there told me to let her Relatives to see the teller before me . SHE ALWAYS DO THAT

Very poor service from service staff everyone talks different for documentation today is 4th day they give advice every time different papers you need this paper those paper what ? Why not clearly mentioned in one time ?and also waiting every day 1:50 hours they just past time.you got pay but some one who is waiting they also waste their pay because of your poor service.

This branch needs to shut down. Worst banking experience ever. I will close my account and go somewhere else. You wait more than an hour if you need access to your box. What a nightmare. Lazy and fat people work here

I seldom do over the counter transaction unless I need to withdraw a large amount of money. So today I went to this branch to my business, only a handful of clients inside and there are two bank associates in front. I'm next in line and this bank associate is just to engrossed fidgeting on his phone, took him a few minutes to realize I'm standing there or intentionally dismissing that I'm there . No warm greetings... no eye contact. Told him the amount I need to withdraw and blatantly told me that I don't have enough funds, without even checking the other funds in my other bank accts. Its as if I interrupted him in the middle of something and just wants to get rid of me asap. He's demeanor is unprofessional and has been checking his phone all the time while assisting me. I guess customer service is not the main priority of this branch.

One of the dam bank ever I visited in my life, ATM has problem all them, staff's here unprofessional, manager is very rude, they will never help you at all, totally garbage bank.
