I went in and my display screen was dead , I was told to go to Samsung. I went across the street and got it done in a half hr for 100 bucks. Just be honest with me. I'm with t mobile for 25 years and have paid over 50k to u. THANKS

I attempted to pickup a phone that was purchased online, the manager is very unprofessional and a blatant liar, we’ve been with sprint and now T-Mobile for 15 yrs with five lines, never encountered such unprofessionalism, you Mr manager should not be in any type of customer relations position, you will undoubtedly give T-Mobile and that particular store location a bad reputation. I hope the higher ups take heed

Customer service at this store is lack luster at best. I walked into the small and NOT crowded store to purchase a new phone for my Mom. There were 3 associates in the store and 3 customers. I patiently waited at the front in full view of every associate and not one person acknowledged my self or the gentleman standing behind me. Once I was called up to “be helped” I informed the associate that I wanted to purchase a specific phone for my Mom. Idk if he was hard of hearing or if I was speaking too fast but I had to repeat what device I wanted 4 times. His facial expression went from I guess I’ll help this guy to I don’t want to be bothered when he realized I wasn’t dropping $1,000 plus on a phone. As he started to walk away he said let me see if we even have that phone in store and was through the door quickly. He was back in less than 2 minutes saying that they didn’t have it. He didn’t offer any options for me to be able to buy the phone, not at another location, ordering it online and even having it shipped to the store or my house. It’s a shame that I have to write this review in the first place. I’m from this neighborhood and wanted to spend my hard earned money in the neighborhood that I live in but it seems like they didn’t want my money. I understand that many companies are short staffed and again everyone was with a customer but the basics of customer service do help. Take a second to at least acknowledge the people in your store and if you happen to be out of a product make suggestions, maybe I was open to one of them. I get it retail is hard but coming from someone who works in retail as well do better T-Mobile

If I could give a million stars I would! The manager at this store is the best! Simply amazing! Advocating for the customer. After 8 calls and 3 visits to different T-Mobile stores she advocated for me and got it up and running.

Past few days I've dealt with issues trying to upgrade and now with my Sim card. Went to one other store and dealt with multiple representatives over phone. Erica and Alex from this location was a savior and so kind/professional. Erica explained everything to me so well and fixed the issue with my Sim. Big relief!! Thank you so much! Definitely coming back here next time I need to update my account.

I have bad experience about this T-Mobile store because I was changing my one plan to maganta max plan with add 3 lines they give me wrong information and now I want to cencel this plan and change my plan to Verizon and Verizon not hidden any fees like T-Mobile

Very rude and unpleasant experience with one of the staff yesterday. He wasn't helpful. He just tried to brush me off, when I tried to explain my problem with my phone. Then he left me standing going to help other customers that was entering the store. Not even trying to help me out...

He said his name is Chase, his voice is really heavy voice. He call me sweety. Idk why, over the phone. I call in store because I need to trade in and update my phone. I call 20 mins to close. He said " I can't take you. We are closing". Then I said everything is setup, I have to pickup will be quick. "He replied "we don't take cash", I told him, it's trade in. Again "He is like our system is down". It Seems like he doesn't want to take me. I was literally two minutes away from the store. He said come tomrw. Worst employee ever awarded!

Definitely listen to the 1 star review. I’ve been to this place they’re SO RUDE.And no I will not be contacting no manager or going back there.
