“I recently went to Sherwin-Williams to paint my living room. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They also helped me to choose the right paint for my project. I was also impressed with the quality of the paint. It went on smoothly and evenly, and it covered well. I would definitely recommend Sherwin-Williams to anyone looking for paint.”
“Brewster Paint is one of the last true paint stores that can make things happen. Advise, recommendations of competent professional Paint and wallpaper contractors. The ability to make modifications to paint formulas so the color is exactly what you were looking for. All with competitive pricing for everyone! Take it from a guy named MOORE to steer you in the right direction.”
“Each time I come to this store, the service is incredible. The front clerk, Kevin, is always polite and will help you determine the right paint or accessories for the job. I highly recommend this place if you need to walk in and out, knowing you have the right product.”
“I stopped into the Norwalk location and Danny helped me find the perfect color and even carried the paint to my car for me. He is knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service!!”
“Went in got helped right away to look at things I needed and then got helped with getting all the lumber from the yard. Store is very organized and prices are competitive.”
“Everyone is so nice and helpful. You can find everything you need here. This is what a hardware store should be not aisle after aisle of big box stores useless stuff. I find things here that you can't find anywhere else. As an added incentive to come here they take care of a family of cats who are allowed to come and go as they please.?”
“My 9 year old son and I stopped here on our way to Stamford. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a friendly staff member. A big smile on his face and a hello. Offering help if we needed it. The store is spotless and well organized with a little something for everyone as well, as a nice selection of hardware products. Nothing in the store was out of place. It was like a breath of fresh air . Staff members came by and kindly asked if they could help us locate anything and when my son asked them a question they went out of their way to answer him even engaging in some friend conversation. We did end up purchasing some items . Cashier was very nice, quick and efficient and asked if we wanted to give our number for the rewards program. We did sign up . That was also a quick and easy process . We will definitely be back . We do visit some stores near by, so will make a trip again soon back to this location. Thank you. Great job great management great staff.”
“This is an amazing place with even more amazing employees. Although I shopped here a couple of times before, I didn't know they had a huge lumber yard and storages in the back for any materials you need for your project. There were many employees ready and happy to help me, and among them was Jonathan. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and he also had a good attitude making my experience great. The quality of the hard and soft products makes me keep coming back to here instead of other big box stores.”
“The gentleman John that waited on my husband today was truly an angel. Kind, generous and helpful. You will always be remembered from another John. May God bless you and your business for your generosity. 🙏”
