Perfect except for the wood stove in the educational cabin. Several of us were allergic to it and had reactions. (I have severe asthma.) They're not healthy to those with respiratory illnesses like asthma, emphysema, copd or allergies. Electric heat from solar panels would be better, or just electric space heaters. But the tour was lovely and they do such wonderful work for these creatures.

Had an absolute blast learning about wolves. Joe was a fantastic guide. Super knowledgable and put up with some kids who were waaaay to young to be visiting. I'm telling everyone to visit.

It was a phenomenal experience. You will walk away loving wolves. Fantastic staff too! Took my family. We were able to see all three types of wolves at the WCC. We were lucky! So can you. Go visit. Very rewarding.

Great experience for a group of us, including adults and teens. The information session was led by Jared ( I think?), who did a fantastic job. He clearly is passionate about his job, was very informative and very patient with questions from people of all ages (even little kids who raised their hand just to report the weight of their dog at home). We learned a lot about the center and about the efforts to save wolves from extinction around the country - a cause they are well tied into. Fascinating learning about the process to release wolves into the wild and boost the population of certain types of wolves that are near extinction. Fyi...You are guaranteed to see 2 wolves who are there for educational purposes and come close for some raw meat treats from the guide, but other wolves are TBD based on where they are at the time. We did see some. Our whole group was really glad we visited!

First off, make sure you register for your time here. Second, don't be rude. You're going here to support the animals and learn, it's not a zoo.Anyways, I made a reservation for the overnight experience. They gave as a tour, met some of the ambassadors then, we had pizza. We got ready for the night and had the movie with the option to stay up late by the fire with s'mores.I go to bed early and I'm very glad I did. The wolves tend to howl in the early morning so I got up (I was the first up around 5), got a coffee, then went to one of the bleachers by the enclosures. Staying quiet by myself, the wolves came closer to investigate, ran around and played, it was truly a remarkable experience.I highly recommend any program here but keep in mind, your admission is a donation and some things are just out of the programs control. Be thankful for what you do see and keep it all in perspective.

What a remarkable experience. Everyone at the center is so friendly and knowledgeable, their programs are geared for all ages, and the work they are doing is so important. Getting to see the red wolf pair of Tyke & Lava was the highlight of the program.

What an amazing place! Even on a cold and rainy day. The guides are great, and the wolves are special. Remember it is about conservation so you will only get near 2 ambassador wolves, but the stories and the mission will capture your attention. Even the young kids were entranced.

I'm still so incredibly happy I got to go here. I had been dreaming of visiting long before I even moved to NYC. The staff there was great; after the tour, I got to speak with one of them in-depth about wolves, which made me very happy. I hope to visit again soon!
