Jenny from the Gardening Section was truly wonderful, she was generous, extremely helpful and enthusiastic! I would go back to this exact Home Depot just to visit Jenny. I really cannot emphasize enough how spectacular she was. She'll always be a part of my heart, she helped me achieve a huge milestone- my first credit card. Jenny i would invite you to my Thanksgiving, my wedding even, I'm truly honored to have met such a magnificent human being. Jenny if you see this i hope you are having am amazing day <3

Good enough store. Just know any and all Home Depot stores collect, track and monitor every single vehicle license plate that enters their property. This information is likely sold as well as used for tracking customers visit frequency

Manager Larry is wonderful. The manager, Larry, really went above and beyond for me after his employee treated me very poorly. I went in for lumber and needed a few pieces of plywood cut down to a specific size (because a table saw is not something easy to keep in a one bed one bath). After allowing other men to cut in front of me when he knew I was waiting, Rudy then addressed me very differently and with absolutely no interest. I didn’t know exactly how many sheets of the 4x8 plywood I would need at large. Although I did have architectural drawings (which were mocked as ‘little plans’) and a cut sheet that clearly mapped everything out. Rudy kept telling me he “didn’t know how to do that” (what that is I’m not sure because all he had to do was cut the wood which I watched him do for several other people?) and made me go find the manager despite the fact that I called ahead to make sure I could do so and they had checked with the manager. Larry came over and we talked through it before going back to Rudy. I assume that Rudy thought he would say no because when Larry and I walked back over he seemed unhappy and kept bringing up again how he “didn’t know how to do that”. Larry assured him he had figured it out and told him what to do before bidding me goodbye to tend to his other business. I stayed where I was left, an aisle over from the saw, and remained for a half hour with no sound of wood cutting to be heard. I was waiting quietly understanding that it would take some time and not wanting to ruffle feathers about rushing. All employees in the lumber department avoided me like the plague until someone eventually asked if I was being helped and went to see where Rudy was because he was the only one certified to cut. Turns out Rudy didn’t do what Larry asked, instead he let me wait a half hour and then decided to go on lunch at 8pm. They called Larry back over and he cut the wood for me. The general manager of the store he took the time to do this for me because his employee wouldn’t. He even took an interest in my project and advised me on the best choice for the job. Right as Larry was finishing up Rudy returned and started to help the next man who’d been waiting to have his wood cut as well. I was floored. Respect isn’t just for everyone Rudy, not just the big men who look like they work in construction. Your behavior was despicable and frankly, sexist. Thank you Larry for your kindness and customer service. It is the only reason I purchased from you.

My family bought a water heater under the impression it was same day installation, it’s been days and no one has installed it. When contacted they told us it actually was actually another company but that company said they don’t do the installations only the delivery… this is insane. We have four people here including a baby, this has been an absolute nightmare.

I was profiled for being Hispanic. The person at the cash register was asking me to give her all my personal information, all I was buying was a toilet. When I questioned the reason of providing my information the woman gave all sort of excuses and couldn't justify why.
I wonder if I were white they would have done the same thing?
