“I live in Rocky Point and work in Queens. I discovered this particular Stop & Shop running in for something I forgot on the way to work. During the beginning of the pandemic I started shopping there because I had cabin fever and it was something to do and a way to prolong the time out of the house. But now I'm spoiled and I can't go back. I pass 4 other S&S's on the way to this one, but I look forward to grocery shopping every Saturday afternoon. It's my favorite chore and it's because this store is great. When I'm short on time, or under the weather, I can get by on the local S&S - overall it's a good company - but the store in Smithtown is worth the extra time. No one has produce that compares - not even fancier stores.”

Yes, I came to shop for things from the pharmacy, but found that the store has a lot more to offer. Might be little pricier with some other mechanize, but still reasonable pricing and employees that actually walk with you to the shelf and help you find what you need. I had one instance where the photo book was made flipped (they reversed the order of the pics), but other than that one time, I have no complaints. My friends absolutely loved their photo books and were surprised that such a high quality book came from Walgreens. If you do happen to have a defect in your photos, they're more than willing to make things right, which I love about their customer service.”

“Pretty good stop n shop. We love the donuts and bagels here. We also picked up cakes here and tiered them to look like a professional cake it cost us under $25. This location had a great bakery. They also now have this creepy camera robot that follows you around and literally scares the ever loving... lets just say it's scary but pretty cool.”

Sandwiched between my beloved Wild by Nature and Starbucks at the other end of the strip mall, this is a convenient location if you quickly need to fill a prescription or pick up deodorant. The staff is nice, the pharmacy is knowledgeable and prescription refills are quick. Rite Aid? You're alright in my book.”

I happen to love the grocery stores in NC, I find them better laid out, better stocked and with wine sold in stores, it's much easier to get your shopping done in one place.However, something that NC lacks is the Italian cookie staples that you can find sold by the pound in pretty much every store bakery here. My husband and I have been spending our evenings laying in bed eating my favorite cookie ever- rainbow cookies. Seemingly unattainable once you go south of New Jersey, these are pure delicious nostalgia. Stop and shop has you covered, and if you're staying in the nearby hotel like us, this is your best bet to get your beer, cookies and Lysol wipes to bring your hotel room up to livable standards.”
