“I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”

“I lost my tracking number and was so desperate to find a package that I had sent and hadn’t been delivered! I was so worried and SURE that there would be nothing they could do, but I called and Brian worked so hard to find it for me and eventually did! Amazing customer service. My only complaint about the office is once when I went in there, the employees were not wearing masks”
“There hours are so convenient for me. I travel through Holland to work on 2nd shift. ( I start at 1pm. Very easy to seeing but there. Friendly service.
My mother in law lives in Holland. Loves her carrier. With their schedule of Drs appointments etc often they aren't home. Packages are always left by garage put of weather. Very thankful to their carrier. Wagner Rd area. ”

“The Elma Post Office is a nice small location. It is beautifully decorated for Christmas. The clerks are very helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasant experience.”
