They do not communicate in the office to the field at all! It would take up to much of my time to post the many screwed up instances! Had them for years. Now, STEER CLEAR!!

Do not get caught up with this company. When they were local we had great service and great customer service on the phone. Now that the customer service is elsewhere, it is like the on the ground people and the in the office/billing people work at two different companies. Go with a true local provider and you will be happier.

MarGas was a locally-owned company with excellent customer service. You could always get a live person and they knew their customers. For example, if you needed an emergency fuel drop, they would deliver in 24-48 hours. NO MORE! A few years ago MarGas was purchased by AmeriGas and they no longer have a local office for customer service, only the trucks are based in Westerlo. It is nearly impossible to reach a "customer experience advocate" as the telephone prompts describe the customer service (live) person. Requesting an emergency drop results in an "expedited" delivery in 5-7 business days.I would not recommend this company. If possible, I would rate this company with a minus number of stars.
