Horrible. The manager lied to me and said I could not buy a just iPad without buying a phone as well. She is rude unfriendly and belittling. I felt very discriminated against by her. Anyway I ordered a phone through Bryan who is amazing , only to realize the manager had initially lied to me soo I ended up canceling the new phone that was shipped to the store. I never even obtained the phone and they keep billing me!They were sending my bills to my old address so I called and corrected the address. I got the bill sent to my house. The next month, the bill went back to my old address. Along with cancellation notice a notification that if I don’t pay the $178 for the service that I never even used, that my credit score will be negative affected. I did what they told me to a went to the store and gave them my drivers license andlong with the receipt from canceling the phone before I even had it in my possession. The only person who can resolve the issue is the manager in the store a she is NOT doing it!! I was nothing but nice to that manager . Too many ppl complainh about her an ATT does nothing so I’m now a happy Verizon customer after being with ATT for probably 25 years!

Salesperson fine but in transferring data from old phone to new one, a total mess. I had to go to GeekHampton for the service. Sales people need to be trained to do this. Very frustrating few days. Thank goodness for Geekhampton

BEWARE-Absolutely the worst experience, after 16 years as a local business account holder, we simply couldn’t tolerate the arrogance and rude nature of the staff at this location any longer. AT&T need to shut this place down and start again. It was so bad we walked across the road to Verizon who were more than happy to help us, they were knowledgeable, helpful and most of all respectful and kind.

Horrible customer service. Awful. If so unhappy working there, then leave. I find it hard to believe upper management is not aware of this, or the owner. I would not tolerate it one bit.
