We were headed into Southampton when disaster struck — a flat tire that was losing air fast. A kind local at a gas station told us to head to Chelsea’s Auto Repair. He gave us directions and said to head back right side of the building)— and THANK GOODNESS he did!
From the moment we arrived, Chelsea was a total rockstar. She saw the urgency, dropped what she was doing, and got right to work. In less than five minutes, the tire was repaired and we were back on the road — amazed, relieved, and incredibly grateful.

Bob worked with me to replace it with an on line mirror saving me $2000!!!
He went above and beyond to get it done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and without a hitch.
It is the second time I used them,and size of job and $$$$ does not dictate a great job as well as customer service.
I would not hesitate to reccomed them or use them in future if needed.

The guys from East End fix it same day for a fair price. NOTHING beat experience and ability to think. Highly Recommend!”

If you have any type of electrical issue (starter, alternator, electrical gremlin) or just need repairs this is the place to go to. “Easy to get in/out of. But lacks a bathroom, you have go to The Pizza Place next door to use their clean bathroom facilities. You can also get soda/bagged ice/propane tanks for BBQ at this station too. Closes early at night at 11pm.”

“I do a lot of driving and was searching for a car with really comfortable seats. I went to Jaguar Southampton to look at an MB they had on the lot. Didn't like the color. Ben our salesman suggested we look at the F-Pace and I am so glad he did. Love the car! The seats are the best seats I have ever had in a car. Great salesman, very personable and was excellent at getting us all the info we asked for. Our experience with Loretta in finance and Will who showed us the technology of the car was excellent as well. Great team of people there.”
