My name is David and I had just arrived to the Hamptons for my best friends wedding. I had a flat and was in danger of missing the wedding. I had no appointment, the BMW dealership was extremely busy with servicing, but I took a chance and walked in. A service agent named Aiden welcome me with assurance. He was not sure if he could get it done, but understood my plight, and said “I’ll do everything I can!”. Not only was my tire patched within 10 minutes. He made sure to check all four tires pressure. He was super courteous. A well rounded professional! This is the reason why my wife and I only buy BMWs.Thank you Southampton BMW for upholding what every BMW dealership should strive to be!Sincerely,David Younger

When I noticed a nail sticking out of my 'run flat' side wall, I was not concerned about driving on a flat. I went to Tire Country and Firestone to get a replacement tire before I pulled the nail out. The tire was backorder, and they said to go to the BMW dealer. The BMW parts department said they would set aside the tire I needed. The service department said to come over since it was urgent.Upon arrival, I asked for a pair of players to see if the nail pierced the thick side wall. It did not! The savings were about $430 for the one tire, mounted and balanced. The Parts and the Service Departments were helpful and professional.

I had one of the best experience at the BMW Dealership in Southampton thanks to Erik Ramirez. Erik sold me my 2023 BMW X6, I love my new BMW! Erik was amazing, great personality, and made the process of buying my BMW so smooth and easy. Erik and the BMW Dealership won my loyalty for life! Will be back to buy a second BMW for my daughter next year!

You bring your car to BMW expecting probably a better level of service. The last time I was there they completely jerked me around and due to lunches and slowness, I spent 4 hours there. Then they offered me some bogus friends and family 10% off which I had a mailed coupon for anyway. On top of it, soon after I got an engine coolant low notification…so they clearly didn’t even check the fluids. I’m done bringing my car here.

This review is not in relation to the awful experience I have had with my vehicle, during the time of my lease. Although things have been falling apart and broken on the car, since I took it home. It is most definitely a lemon.This is in reference to the incredibly rude and unprofessional interactions I had with a member of their sales department, Robert.A light it on in my car, again, that shouldn't be. And my lease is due to end.I have never leased a car and I am very unfamiliar with what to do now, at the end.Additionally, this location sold me the car under the pretense of they would come pick it up from my house to service it, when needed, as a perk. Not once during my time with the car, has that actually been an option. Anytime I have called to make an appointment, there were waiting lists months long. When I called again today to have something done, I am told they don't offer this service as a personal choice since Covid. I would have never purchased a car as far away as Southampton, had this not been an option to me. I feel duped. I spoke to two different people telling me they decided to stop doing it. I called somewhere else and they also said they won't do it because I've never been to that location before.Robert, at my just asking him "what now," and what's that," and explain that I was just told "no" to the valet service and he is telling me "yes," told me that I am argumentative and condescending (projecting much?) and when I tried to respond with "I am just repeating what I was told..." he hung up on me.Unfortunately, this has been my typical BMW experience throughout the entirety of the lease. My service advisors have been fired, quit, etc.. multiple times during the lease. The behavior is disgusting as is the way BMW has chosen to handle customers and present themselves.You would NEVER think this was a higher end company...maybe it's not anymore and that's an idea of the past.Who hangs up on someone?! An angry 12 year old maybe - not a professional adult that is there to provide customer service.I cannot wait to turn this lease in and be done with this company for good.After calling back to speak with a manager, I was not put in touch with one and told one would call me back. It had been 5 hours and this location has closed for the night. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

Had my X4 serviced for a flat tire, it was brought in by BMW roadside assistance, on Saturday, which were very professional, tire had to be ordered, picked it up Wednesday, didn’t know they were closed on Monday, but very friendly customer service and service staff, could be better in calling back the customer. That’s my only negative, thank you!

Quentin in the service department is the best. He’s super communicative, honest, and goes the extra mile to make you feel like you’re the top priority. You can tell he takes pride in the brand and his position. I’ll always work with BMW of Southampton because of him.

I bought my vehicle from BMW in Southampton NY and the team there was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in getting me the car I was looking for, which certainly isn’t easy in today’s times. Stephen Meltcher and Van Vasilakos were extremely responsive and their communications were fantastic. There was never a day were I didn’t get an update from them. I bought and picked up my car from them within 7 days from the first inquire. Stunning and, wow, can’t tell you how happy they made me. When I picked up the car Van took a significant amount of time to walk me through all the details of the car and helped me set up menus and apps. When I left their dealership I felt I had owned the car for weeks, based on how well I had been introduced to it. Hands down this was the best car buying experience anyone can dream of.
