“I was at a complete loss in finding a small replacement button for one of our clients bathroom faucets. I spent a few hours doing my own research looking for this particular part. I called Water Mill Building Supply and told the very kind girl who answered the phone (wish I jotted down her name, sorry) my dilemma, she quickly transferred me to Ben Carrick who was so informative. I didn't even know what brand the faucet was until I sent Ben the pictures our client sent us. Within 5 minutes after sending the email I received his email with the name of the faucet and information for 2 seperate places I can call to purchase them. He also sent me the parts list as well.
