I want to give them business as they are local, but the customer service is really bad. No one calls you back after leaving multiple messages and you can't get through when you call. I've stopped by several times as well and still impossible to get service.

I had a great experience picking out tile for my bathroom renovation. Joanna was very helpful from picking out tile to scheduling the delivery into Manhattan. I’ll only go there for tile.
