They went above and beyond to ensure they did what they could to diminish the inconvenience caused, drove the customer home and offered to pick them up next day, when the car was available. The customer did not have to complain about anything, they just offered the best they could as they could see the disappointment taking place. Great to see such simple but meaningful level of care for their customers.”
