“I was in a bad car accident on my way from Southampton to NJ and needed a rental car. Geico uses Enterprise so I went to the Southampton storefront. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful. They gave me a BMW which was clean, low mileage etc. I was driving back to Southampton and got a flat tire on the LIE in a rainstorm. I found an Enterprise in Syosset and got the last vehicle available to get to Southampton Enterprise. It smelled of smoke, dirty, etc. When I went to SH Enterprise they were so helpful and gave me a great brand new small SUV and were very apologetic. My car is still not fixed over a month later and I am so happy to once again rent for another week from them. Shout out to Anthony, Jason and Austin for superb service and such kindness!”

“First time renting with Hertz, and new to visiting Southampton. Desiree, the Hertz manager who assisted me, was professional and friendly -- my car was ready right on time and Desiree gave me some great information about the area. She also talked me through the option to prepay fuel or refuel myself (this always confuses me!). Equally pleasant and efficient drop-off and I was given a lift to the Jitney home -- I really appreciated this as Hertz is right next to the train (on which I arrived) and I didn't reserve a lift before I dropped the car off.”
