Snobbish Clerk, gave the impression it didn't want my business even though I wanted to open a private banker account. I took my business to CapitalOne

Writing on behalf of my husband Antonio Gil Fazendeiro:ON 05/16 MY CHASE BANK DEBIT Account was breached AND THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CRIME, STOLE A TOTAL OF $3,000 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT THROUGH 10 DIFFERENT WITHDRAW TRANSACTIONS OUT OF A CHASE BANK BRANCH LOCATED IN Hampton Bays, in their 47 West Montauk Highway Branch. Branch number 0639. Replacement cards were requested on my behalf, when I never asked for those cards, the debit card I had on me was deactivated, when again never asked for those actions to be taken.NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN CONCLUDED AND MY CLAIM WAS DENIED WITH NO RESOLUTION. The Chase Hampton Bays Branch manager informed me that I should wait to reopen the claims, for them to receive the footage. However, from my point of view, how come my claim was denied if the footage was never reviewed? Every time I go in to check on the status, she is “not in the branch” or “in another branch”. I have gone to see her about 6 or 7 times since she told me to wait for the footage and she is “not working”.Today is 06/24, my money was not returned and now they are running me in circles not allowing me to open another claim until they receive the footage. All I ask for is to have my case reopened, footage reviewed and my money returned.I also ask for more security on my checking account. It is unbelievable how easily is for someone to gain access of my personal information and steal so easily from an account and a bank that claims to be stable and secured.

Southampton bank seekers.. go anywhere but here. Hahaha. Good one for making Southampton the only Chase Bank that has ever refused us service. A group of old mean girls standing around this empty branch ran off my best friend! He has multiple Chase accounts up island and out here . Seeing Chase is always a relief. Employees are typically a cut above the rest in terms of courteousness and professionalism. The teller pointed to the youngish blond female manager as the notary we needed. We had to drop off town hall documents nearby while here. The teller told her he needed a notary. This sourpuss manager tried not to make eye contact shaking her head away from the teller asking. Who then said "No" to if a notary was available. My friend said "Is She a notary?". Yes said the teller worriedly. The manager trying to pretend there was none - then said with no concern you'll need to make an appointment. Hmm. This empty bank and disaffected manager have too much on deposit, to value it's customers. Wow! Cya. So down the block Citizens just took over Investors formerly Gold Coast Bank.. we have no account there. But on the phone Ed just chuckled and said come in and happily worked getting out his stamp. Please go open accounts with Ed. Might as well since Citizens is gobbling up so many banks. Alternatively drive a few towns over for a normal Chase. .

As he was previously in the Sag Harbor branch, Cori Cass is a welcome addition to Southampton. He's very knowledgable, personable and always goes that extra distance for us and our companies

This bank is completely useless. I have been a customer for 15 years and they have gradually gotten worse. I have closed all my accounts and moved to Bridgehampton National, because they know how to work with clients. I strong would advise doing your banking business elsewhere.
