Writing on behalf of my elderly dad. Stay away from this dealer, their mechanics have no idea what they're doing. Ran a jumper wire from a communication cable from the back of the car and didn't cover ANY of the connection with electrical tape. You can see the exposed wires in the photo. This enormous mistake corroded and shorted out the entire harness. They refused to accept any responsibility and forced me to pay 3,000$ to fix their mistake (at brown's jeep dealership). Stay FAR Away. See the photo for proof

I understand repairs in the Hamptons often come at a premium, but my experience here was beyond reasonable.
I brought my Jeep in about a month ago because the ESC warning light was on. I was charged $219 for the diagnostic and then told I needed a new transfer case, with an estimate of about $2,800 ($1,400 for parts and the same for labor).
I decided to get a second opinion at another Jeep dealer. They correctly diagnosed the problem as the drivetrain control module, replaced it, and the vehicle was completely fixed. The total cost, including their diagnostic, was $564.
This dealership quoted me nearly five times the correct cost for a repair I didn’t even need. That is unacceptable, and customers deserve far more honesty and accuracy.
If I could rate this jeep service center a “0”, it would be more accurate but I was not allowed!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This service center has been consistently awful. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issues—because they never actually fix the problem. And every visit turns into a new upsell. They always “find” something else wrong and overcharge for service hours that don’t add up.
This latest time was the last straw.
I came in for a wheel speed sensor issue. A replacement typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours per sensor. Only one was definitely broken, and asked about replacing all for (at $70 per sensor) to have less labor costs in the long run. In reality, once the car is already on the lift, the wheels are off, and diagnostics are done, there’s significant overlap in labor. Any decent shop would bundle the labor time or provide a more reasonable estimate. I asked about this and was brushed off. I did the one sensor and had to come back within two days since the lights were going off again for a second sensor. They want to charge me for the full labor again. Livid.
They’ve also performed services I didn’t authorize: a state inspection I didn’t request (which I always do with my regular mechanic), removed my EZ Pass during a detailing and never replaced it, and even swapped out my license plate frame without asking. Why?
I only take my car here when it’s something my usual mechanic can’t handle—and every time, I regret it. The staff is condescending, unhelpful, and rude. Especially the men who answer the phones. You’ll get no empathy, no explanation, and no accountability.
Bottom line: I don’t trust the work, the charges are inflated, and the customer service is downright hostile. If you have any other option, take it.

TERRIBLE. I purchased my Jeep Rubicon, from this dealership. The one and only time I needed some kind of a service (in 6 years).They stated I would have to come back in 3 weeks and showed no interest or care in assisting me with my issue.Then the woman just hung up the phone. Why give a car dealership any business when they clearly do not care about the customers.

Where do I begin???If i could give this location less than 1 star I TOTALLY WOULD!!! I have been dealing with them since APRIL and now it is NOVEMBER AND MY CAR IS NOT FIXED. Brought my car in because it the "check engine" light on and I was told it was "nothing major, just some sensor" that was wrong.. kept calling them and never got a response from them only an "we will call you back" but they never did.. then brought my car in because "my part had come in" back in July which was a lie.. only for me to call A WEEK LATER for an update and was told they hadn't fixed anything.. so they decided to give me an "oil change" which at the end took them a week to do.. so my car sat there for a week, with no calls, no texts, no updates and no work done whatsoever.. called back again in September and parts are still "on the way" "engineering is fixing it" .. fixing what? I am not sure.. but it's now NOVEMBER and my cars light IS STILLL ON. Called and spoke to GM.. guess what? STILLL NO CALL BACK, although he told me he would "call me back Monday".. LOL. I just want my fixed and done with at this point.. I don't know what else to do. I NEED ANSWERS!! I've spoken to SOOO MANY PEOPLE ALREADY... someone help.

This place you use to be able to trust ! and feel secure your getting the best vehicle with the best customer service ! now they give you the run around & mark up prices ! the feel when you walk in is cringy ! & the only person their that would go above & beyond for you was KAREN HAM ! as I called for some new inventory! I was informed she was wrongfully let go ! seems ironic the only woman of color no longer works there! but these rude entitled Men are still working there being rude & unhelpful unless your blonde with your chest out ! smh do yourself the favor and don't go here !!

Guys trust me.This is excellent dealership. Sales reps and finance managers help me a lot to get my beauty. They have good rates right now and finance available for selected car zero yes ( 0 ) hurry deals still working but will expire.Go check your dream car too, you will find some nice sedan or SUVs
