This place you use to be able to trust ! and feel secure your getting the best vehicle with the best customer service ! now they give you the run around & mark up prices ! the feel when you walk in is cringy ! & the only person their that would go above & beyond for you was KAREN HAM ! as I called for some new inventory! I was informed she was wrongfully let go ! seems ironic the only woman of color no longer works there! but these rude entitled Men are still working there being rude & unhelpful unless your blonde with your chest out ! smh do yourself the favor and don't go here !!

Karen H. my sales person was great! The facility is literally falling apart but I was told they are redoing and making brand new one soon! I had some hiccups but they made them right. I would recommend them to all to do business with.

I was a customer of Storms Motors for more than 30 years and bought numerous cars from them. A couple of years ago it was sold to a company called Georgica Auto Holdings who has multiple dealerships. Today I had an appointment to have my car fixed; I usually don't go there but I do have an extended warranty and some of the items are clearly covered. The appointment was made on Jan 6; I held off for three weeks so I could get a loaner and so I could schedule during my vacation week and would not lose a day of work. When I called at 9AM to confirm that the loaner was in fact available before I left to drive there - takes me about 40 minutes - I was told my car "wasn't on the schedule." I found that strange since I had called in on the 22nd because in addition to the initial issues my phone charging port had gone dead; the appointment was confirmed at that time. I was then transferred to scheduling who confirmed that it was, in fact, on the schedule and with a loaner.I called back but Service did not pick up so I called sales and spoke to the Sales Manager. He said he would find out what happened, try to straighten it out, and call me back in about 5 minutes. Since I was sitting in my car in Bridgehampton, which is about halfway to the dealership from where I live and was waiting for the call back that never came to see if I should continue towards Southampton or go back to East Hampton, I called Paul back after 20 minutes had passed. He told me the scheduling department had contacted me three days ago and I had cancelled. I told him that was not true. I then called back the Scheduling Department and spoke to Fernando, who is supposedly the supervisor of that department. He said he did NOT see any calls to me to confirm or cancel, but there was a call from me on the 22nd that was about the phone charger not working and confirming the appointment for the 28th. I had to reschedule for the 6th but I asked for a confirming email stipulating that the appointment was made and that I would get a loaner. Fernando said he was not able to send an email while he was on the phone. Fine. The call was terminated. I expected the email within a few minutes. The email never came. I called back half an hour later. He insisted he sent it. I get emails all day long. No, it was not in my spam folder and there is still no email. I called Paul back who told me I was "borderline harassing" them by calling back to get this resolved and that his sales people are "busy trying to earn a living." He actually raised his voice to me and his tone was threatening. I told him I am quite sure he would never speak to a man like that and when I asked him what he thought I do with my day he said he had no idea. I assured him I wasn't sitting on the beach eating bonbons.I am, in fact, a 73 year old woman with small local business in East Hampton and I am also "busy trying to earn a living." I deliberately scheduled this appointment during the only vacation I have taken this year so I would not lose a day of work; since I am in the middle of a project and coordinating about 10 people my time is as valuable as anyone else's time. Now I have to deal w this again and will lose a day of work but before I drop the car off I want them to see if parts have to be ordered; I do not intend to waste more time than is necessary. The most pressing item is a window issue; when I raised it the rubber weather stripping inside the door came up stuck to the window and now the window scrapes against the interior of the door and squeals like the proverbial pig; I managed to get most of it off so it didn't impede my vision but the phone charger is a total inconvenience as well. Those issues, and whether they require parts should be clearly discernable to anyone who works on Jeeps. This dealership has become too big for its own good. It functions like any other mammoth corporation; it has too many layers and it is too hard to reach people. Deliberately. Off site scheduling is a nightmare of counterproductivity; the right

So I pay an extra $2500 for dollars for 25000 extra miles on my warranty warranty will give me a total of a 125000 miles. Find out I only have a 100000 miles Coverage I now have a 113000 miles on my truck bring it in to get fixed at another dealership and they said I only have a 100000 mile coverage I call the dealership the best they can do is sell me another warranty at half price I already paid $880 for repair that should have been covered The paperwork says I have a 125000 they never put it into the computer So if I don't get the extended warranty for half the price I get nothing Minus the $2500 I already paid for nothing

5 stars for service team - they've always been great.0 stars for the sales team. The woman who I was working with was terrible. Scattered. never remembered anything I told her and lost everything I emailed her. I had to resend documents multiple times. was super vague about everything from Jeep specs I asked for to financing and dismissive of lease term questions. Rarely returned a phone call. I cancelled my order. Go elsewhere to buy your Jeep and get it serviced here because that department is very good.

I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have recalls attended to. Since it was there had an oil change and inspection done. When I received my bill I found a $56 charge for tire rotation I did not authorize. The dealership refused to provide a refund for the unauthorized service. Last time I'll be going there.

By far the best experience I've had leasing a new car! After searching many Jeep dealerships around Long Island I was losing hope that I'd find a Grand Cherokee that I loved for a reasonable price. When I came to the Southampton dealership Mario and Paul went above and beyond to find me the Grand Cherokee I've been searching for. They are very experienced and knowledgable in what they do. Working with them made me feel like a family member rather than another customer. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
