As someone who has lived in NYC and the Hamptons for over twenty-years I must say any negative reviews published here are completely unwarranted in my opinion. Sure, there can be a short line in the summer but if you pick the right time there really never is. However, what is here unlike other pharmacies I’ve been to is true personal care. Anytime I’ve needed a prescription that wasn’t in stock, they got it in for me within a matter of days. They also have a great system where you can leave a message and without fail they call you back within the hour. No long holds or where you wait and listen to the bad elevator music for so long your brain begins to numb. Furthermore, for the aforementioned poor reviews that might be listed which I only imagine are for their own lack of patience they have a same-day delivery service as well as by mail at a relatively low cost. Going to a pharmacy can be quite a personal, intimate process. You are discussing your health, very easily previous private pre-conditions and your body. Here you will only find the most attentive, kind, informative and educated people who only want the best for you and your well-being. And truly, what’s better than that? Highly recommend.

Andrea the pharmacist offered to come to the local Ambulance headquarters where I am an EMT and give flu shots and vaccines to all our members! How wonderful is that?

I left and went to Rite Aid and was in and out and the pharmacy team was so friendly

Customer servise is extremely poor. One of the ladies was very loudly talking and showing her attitude. On 28 august 2024 9:00 pm Lady name Shernette. I came to her and greeted, she did not even say hi. I asked her about item i was looking for and with the loud voice she told me the isle was, meantime she was on the phone. Second time i came up to her to ask because i was having trouble finding product. With the same tone she said loudly the isle number, i asked her to not to talk like that to me. And then she started bringing up my accent , the way i talk. Finally i asked her to speak to a manager, my request was ignored and beside my request she turned her back and hiding her badge name. Avoiding conversation and not paying attention to my request. I am very disappointed. Please give me a feedback to my review.

Zero ⭐️, but that wasn’t an option. Hands down the worst of the worst pharmacy experience ever. After numerous issues which have now been taken to corporate level I can’t hold back making a public complaint here. Please save yourself the stress and added inconvenience and send your prescriptions and all pharmacy needs elsewhere- this is not the place to aid in any sort of bettering your health, wellness, or healing. The complete opposite no care for customer, complete incompetence!!!!

This CVS was stocked very with many items ranging from cosmetics, snacks, paper items to beverages etc. I needed to purchase water, paper towels and tissues. The establishment was clean free of odors or any harmful items etc. The employees helped out during the self check out which was perfect.

The on hold phone times for pharmacy at this location are atrocious --- just wanted to see how far it could go -- I hung after 20 minutes
